Work up the case and present it in the SBAR format including your diagnosis, differentials (VINDICATE FORMAT), any testing and pharmaceutical therapy for treatment. You should include a brief synapsis of how you arrived at the diagnosis and differentials, and why you choose your pharmaceutical therapy.
