This period of Jesus’ life is sometimes referred to as the “silent years” or the “hidden years” because there is very little information about what he did during this time. Some scholars speculate that Jesus may have spent some of these years studying with rabbis or possibly traveling to other parts of the world, but there is no definitive answer.
Despite the lack of information about Jesus’ life during these years, the New Testament still presents a powerful message about his teachings and his ultimate sacrifice for humanity.
